Shipping Prices:
All parcels include tracking, so your jewellery’s adventure is safe and sound.

Domestic Shipping (Australia):

  • Standard Shipping: $10 AUD, 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: $15 AUD, 1–3 business days

  • Free Standard Shipping: on all domestic orders over $150 AUD

International Shipping:

  • Flat Rate: $20 AUD per order

  • Free International Shipping: on orders over $250 AUD

Processing Time:
Each piece is handcrafted with love and a sprinkle of forest magic 🌿. Please allow up to 7 business days for me to prepare your order, though I always flutter quickly to send your items on their way.

Customs & Duties (International Orders):
Please note that import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging:
Your jewellery will nestle safely in a small, sturdy box or envelope, most weighing less than 200 g and compact (<15 × 30 cm). Your treasures are ready to journey from my forest to your home. I currently use a small amount of bubble wrap to protect delicate pieces, but I’m always looking for ways to reduce plastic, minimize waste, and make my packaging more environmentally conscious ♡

Lost or Delayed Packages:
While I always choose careful paths and track every parcel, once it leaves my forest, I cannot promise it will arrive unharmed. I will, however, help you file a claim if any hiccups occur along the way.
