Returns & Exchanges
Each piece is carefully handmade by me (and quietly supervised by my animal helpers 🐇🕊️) in small batches or made to order.
Because of this, all sales are final. I’m unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.
Once a piece leaves my hands, I can’t guarantee how it has been handled, and out of respect for future customers, I don’t resell returned jewellery.

Incorrect or Faulty Items
If something isn’t quite right when your order arrives, please let me know within 48 hours of delivery.

Items must be in original condition and packaging.
If your item is confirmed to be incorrect or defective, I will happily arrange a repair or replacement.
Pieces sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because many pieces are made to order, I often begin preparing your jewellery shortly after purchase.
For this reason, I cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If you need to request a change, please email me as soon as possible and I will always do my best to help where I can.
Complimentary Gifts
Complimentary items included as part of a promotion are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund and hold no cash value.
